Chief Information Security Officer for global risk and insurance leader Willis Towers Watson (NYSE: WSH).

Matt has led security functions across the financial services sector in banking, the mutual sector, alternative investments, private equity, and insurance. A former big-4 consultant, web application developer and IT security auditor, he is the Chairman and co-founder of the Channel Islands Information Security Forum (CIISF) and a member of ISACA’s UK Security Advisory Group.

He has also brings a non-executive and public policy perspective as a former NHS trust governor, city councillor, and audit committee chairman.

Matt is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner (CISSP), as well as a member of the Institute of Information Security Professionals and the British Computer Society.
